La Place Hotel & Country Cottages joins Luxury Jersey Hotels

Tuesday 28 November 2017

La Place Hotel & Country Cottages in St Brelade has joined the Luxury Jersey Hotels group, bringing the number of members to eight, representing half of all four and five star accommodation in Jersey.

The luxury hotel collection now includes The Royal Yacht, The Atlantic Hotel, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, St Brelade’s Bay Hotel, The Club Hotel & Spa, Hotel de France and La Place Hotel & Country Cottages.

Patrick Burke, Luxury Jersey Hotels Chairman and owner of The Atlantic Hotel, said: "As a group, we are delighted to welcome La Place Hotel & Country Cottages into membership. La Place has a unique offering as the only hotel in the group with self-catered 5 star graded accommodation. We are very much looking forward to working with Tim Brooke and his team and to further strengthening Jersey’s luxury proposition into 2018 and beyond.”

Tim Brooke, Group General Manager of La Place Hotel & Country Cottages added: "Over the past few years, we have continued to strengthen our customer offering through a series of renovation and development projects, most recently through the addition of 12 two, three and four bedroom self-catered luxury cottages. Plans are now in place to begin the construction of six luxury suites and so we feel that now, more than ever, is the ideal time to join Luxury Jersey Hotels. It’s an exciting time for the hotel and we look forward to working with the other members and partners.”
