Lakey Offshore, a Jersey-based business broker, has acquired The Business Shop.
The Business Shop was launched in 2021 and a private agreement was reached in early December 2022 for Lakey Offshore to acquire it.
The purchase leaves Lakey Offshore as the only regulated business brokerage firm in the Channel Islands.
