The cliche is that it costs money every time you pick up the phone to a lawyer...so one local firm has launched a 'live chat' facility instead.
It's being offered by Pinel Advocates, and the live chat function allows visitors to the firm's website to ask questions directly, and be linked with a lawyer within Pinel Advocates' team.
Agnieszka Blaszczyk, Group Partner, said "We hope that the ability to chat quickly and simply with one of our lawyers will be beneficial to our clients and visitors to our website. We are constantly looking for ways to innovate and provide a more efficient offering. We have offered 24/7 telephone support for several years and we endeavour to provide a prompt service for our clients, even out of normal business hours."
