New family law firm launches

Family lawyers Barbara Corbett and Nicholas Le Quesne have teamed up to launch Corbett Le Quesne, a family law firm based in West's Centre.

Corbett Le Quesne will advise and represent clients in all areas of Jersey family law including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, civil partnerships and dissolution, children law, parental responsibility, care proceedings, surrogacy and adoption.

The ethos of the firm is, "...to help people resolve their family law issues to ensure the best outcome for their clients and their children. This is done by working in a constructive, consensual and holistic way using out of court methods wherever possible."

Ms Corbett and Mr Le Quesne say they consider it is, "...important to take into account emotional as well as financial factors when resolving family disputes. When it is necessary to go to court, cases are dealt with rigorously and thoroughly."
