Le Masurier, the Jersey property investment and development company, have completed the construction of a new 35,000 sq ft warehouse and headquarters facility for HellermannTyton Plc, in the Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone.
Le Masurier as funder, in partnership with developers Coltham Developments, recently completed the purpose built property which is between Junctions 15 and 16 off the M1 motorway.
Fully supported by the local authority, Northampton Borough Council, the new property forms part of a wider strategy of new development within the Northampton Enterprise Zone, stimulating employment and economic growth.
Brian McCarthy, Managing Director of Le Masurier said: “The completion of this new development is part of Le Masurier’s on-going strategy of investment in well located UK commercial property backed by excellent tenants on leases generating long term, secure and growing income. Other similar UK projects are well underway.”
