Jersey property investment and development company, Le Masurier, has purchased a prominent car showroom on the A27 Chichester by-pass in West Sussex.
It completes nearly £20m of UK commercial property investment by the group this year.
Brian McCarthy, Managing Director of Le Masurier said: "As the property is located right on roadside of the A27 Chichester By-Pass, it offers excellent visibility and passing trade.”
