Advocate Caroline Dutot, founder member of Ardent Chambers, has been featured as a winner in Finance Monthly’s annual CEO Awards 2017.
Advocate Dutot is one of only two female CEO’s in the UK to be showcased in the awards for this year.
Advocate Dutot has won the award for her role in establishing and developing Ardent Chambers.
Ardent Chambers was established in 2016 by Advocate Dutot, former Solicitor General Howard Sharp QC and Advocate Matthew Jowitt.
Commenting on receiving the award, Advocate Dutot said: “This is a tremendous honour which I accept on behalf of the whole firm.
“When we established Ardent Chambers it was because we saw a need for a barristers’ chambers in Jersey, but even our wildest dreams didn’t envisage the level of success we’ve experienced over the past 15 months. Although this is an individual award, it is representative of our combined efforts.”
Talking about the awards, Editor-in-Chief of Finance Monthly, Mark Palmer, said: “It is imperative for every business striving for success to have a leader whose diligence, innovative thinking and ingenuity inspire their team to demonstrate the same qualities and achieve excellence.
“We are happy that all of the individuals that are listed within Finance Monthly’s 2017 CEO Awards are corporate leaders who aspire to these qualities and whose enthusiasm and hard work help their companies successfully accomplish their goals.”
