One lucky guest at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa could hit the jackpot this Christmas. The AA Four Red Star beachside hotel in St Brelade is celebrating World Kindness Day today by leaving a ticket for the Channel Islands Christmas Lottery in its guests' room.
Kindness Day UK is an annual event, a day to promote kindness in all its forms and uniting people in kindness globally.
General Manager Simon Miller said:“World Kindness Day is a wonderful opportunity for us to help local charities and to leave a kind and hopefully lucky gesture for our guests on their pillow during the turndown service. Who knows, one of our gold envelopes might even make someone a millionaire this Christmas!”
Last year’s lucky lottery winner took home a record £1,120,200 from the draw which raised £1,250,482 for local good causes.
This year’s winning numbers will be drawn in Jersey on 19 December.
