Logicalis has been re-awarded the ISO/IEC 27001 certification – the highest industry standard in managing information security.
It follows a five-day audit in which assessors verified the firm’s policies and procedures for managing security, risk and handling sensitive data.
Logicalis passed the audit with zero weaknesses or recommendations for improvement. Assessors highlighted its staff’s professionalism of staff and the collective responsibility shown by all in the understanding, management, and ownership of security and risk management.
The firm also demonstrated strengths in handling documentation, and in the quality of its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Logicalis has held the ISO 27001 certification since 2018. The standard is audited annually, with re-certification required every three years.
“This is an intense audit, and it is testimony to the professionalism of all our staff that we passed without any negatives,” commented Alex Colias, Information Security Consultant and ISMS Manager.
