Management promotions at EY

EY has added to its Jersey management team with two promotions to Assurance Manager.

Taking on the roles are of Rob Cater and Devin Werner.

Mr Cater is a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), who joined EY in 2021. He began his career in Johannesburg, where he specialised in providing assurance services in banking and insurance.

He works with clients within the asset management industry and has extensive experience of supporting them with the auditing of complex financial disclosures and regulatory requirements.

"EY prides itself on building high performing teams, so I am looking forward to mentoring and coaching junior team members to contribute towards this and supporting our clients with their reporting requirements," he said.

Mr Werner is also a Chartered Accountant with SAICA and began his career in Johannesburg. Throughout his career he has gained significant experience within the banking industry.

"I am excited for the new challenges ahead and looking forward to continuing to learn from the wealth of knowledge the EY network offers," he said.
