Independent change management practice, Marbral Advisory, has created two new leadership roles in the British Isles and Europe.
Leonie McCrann (pictured right) has been appointed CEO for the British Isles while co-founder Alexsis Wintour will now move to the new role of CEO for Europe.
The new European role will be an opportunity for the company to build on its existing experience in Luxembourg and Malta.
Commenting on her new role, Ms McCrann said: “My focus is to continue to support our clients through change and build on our success in the British Isles, which saw significant growth last year.
“Our growth has been driven by our clients, particularly in the areas of digital and data-driven change. We see 2018 as ‘The Year of Data’, especially with the European data protection rules undergoing the biggest change since the 1990’s with the introduction of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May, plus an increased demand for cybersecurity measures.”
Alexsis Wintour, founded Marbral Advisory with Martin Bralsford, Non-Executive Director, four years ago. She explained: “At Marbral, we recognise that organisations continue to evolve and adapt in response to technological, regulatory, cultural, and operational drivers, to remain competitive. Digital change is not restricted by geographical borders, and my new role will give our business an opportunity to grow in Europe. We have seen a heightened demand for our expertise in change driven by digital, disruptive technologies, compliance with regulation, and mergers and acquisitions.”
