Friday 19 February 2016

The shares of daVictus PLC, a Jersey incorporated Company, were admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange main market on Friday 29th January, making it one of only 15 companies with a standard listing on the Official List and the main market.

daVictus was established to undertake acquisitions of businesses which operate in or own Western food and beverage eatery franchises in South East Asia and the Far East.

The intention is to focus on premium franchises where it is believed that there will be local appeal in Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited was appointed to provide corporate secretarial and administration support for daVictus. Minerva worked closely in a coordinated approach as part of the global advisory teams working for daVictus.

Gavin Wilkins, Client Relationship Director at Minerva said: “We are delighted to work with daVictus and congratulate the management team on this important milestone. Minerva has been supporting growing Asian businesses for over 35 years and we look forward to supporting daVictus as it embarks on its next phase of development.”
