Senior appointment at Cyan Services Limited

Cyan Services Limited has appointed a new Associate Director.

Prior to joining Cyan, which is the regulatory and compliance consultancy arm of the Altair Group, John Small was a Senior Manager in Pooled Supervision and latterly in Enforcement at the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Before this, he spent some 17 years with the Government of Jersey, much of this time with Customs and Immigration and the Justice and Home Affairs Department.
