New Corporate Partner at Maples and Calder in Jersey

David Allen has joined law firm Maples and Calder’s Jersey practice as a Corporate Partner.

He joins from another Jersey law firm, and becomes the sixth Partner based in Jersey at the firm, which has increased its headcount by over 45% in the last 12 months.

With over 20 years' experience practising in Jersey and UK corporate markets, Mr Allen’s practice focuses on corporate finance - particularly AIM, main market and US listings of Jersey companies; mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice. 

He also has expertise in relation to large M&A transactions conducted via Jersey schemes of arrangement. He is ranked as a Notable Practitioner in IFLR1000 2022 and has been recognised as a ‘stand out’ lawyer in The Legal 500.
