New Director at Intertrust in Jersey

Thursday 06 July 2017

Intertrust in Jersey has appointed a new director to its corporate services team.

Alice Read has moved to Jersey from the Dubai office, where she was Managing Director, to take on her new role as Head of Corporate Services in Jersey.

Mrs Read joined Intertrust in Dubai in September 2012 and brings experience from previous roles in Bermuda and Ireland in both the legal and fiduciary sectors.

In her new role, Mrs Read will head up the corporate services team in Jersey and will be responsible for managing the team, as well as business development initiatives. She will also act as a Director to regulated and unregulated client entities and provide corporate governance and company secretarial services to clients and business partners.

Simon Mackenzie, Managing Director of Intertrust in Jersey, said: “An appointment of Alice’s calibre is something worth celebrating and she’s bringing a huge amount of knowledge about the organisation and corporate services to our Jersey operation.

“As a client-focused business we are always looking for individuals who can exceed client expectations and Alice has a proven track record of doing just that. Her leadership experience, following her years as managing director, will also be a huge asset to the corporate services team and further strengthens Intertrust as a whole.”

Mrs Read said: “I’m looking forward to my new role here in Jersey, providing a first class service to the high-calibre client base that ensures our corporate services offering remains exceptional and continues to be recognised locally and internationally.”
