New HR Head at LAW

Law At Work has promoted a professional with experience across hospitality, retail, insurance, and fulfilment to become its new Head of HR Operations.

Pete Sims, who has worked in HR in numerous sectors and completed his HR training in Jersey, joined LAW in 2017.

He recently achieved CIPD chartered status and in his new role, he will be managing LAW’s People Hub.

“With our ever-changing world its vitally important to ensure employers are keeping their HR documentation relevant and staying commercially agile," he said. "I very much look forward to continuing to work with our current clients, and meeting new ones, along with building the capability of our experienced team of professionals”.
