Ocorian appoints new MD to UK business

Ocorian, an independent provider of corporate and fiduciary services, has appointed Alan Booth as Managing Director of its UK business.

Mr Booth is the former Global Head of Product Management at Deutsche Bank's Corporate Services Division.

He commented: "This is an exciting time to join Ocorian. Our corporate offering continues to grow and expand, both in range and international coverage. I'm delighted to be part of the team."

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank - where he was responsible for strategy, product development and regulatory processes across ten jurisdictions - Mr Booth practised as a commercial and corporate lawyer, having completed his Law education at the National University of Ireland and University College London.
