Parlows appoints commercial and corporate specialist

A London-based corporate and commercial specialist is joining the team at Parlows Jersey Lawyers.

David Hill has regularly acted for multinational companies and large international corporations as well as intermediaries and high-net worth individuals.

In recent years he has played a key role in leading some high-profile corporate and real estate acquisition transactions, in particular acting on a number of  upstream oil and gas projects in a variety of jurisdictions.

Advocate Carl Parslow said he would bring considerable onshore and offshore corporate and commercial experience.

"David’s considerable experience as managing partner of Burlingtons and as partner of Howard Kennedy will strengthen Parslows’ offering to the local market particularly in corporate and commercial, corporate finance and regulatory work,” he said.
