A Jersey-based software and business solutions provider, has entered into a partnership with Maltese software house Ascent Software.

TCB Consulting will provide client relationship management, business analysis, scoping, project management, installation and ongoing local support to new and existing clients in the Channel Islands

Founded in 1995, the company has been providing professional services to financial services, legal, government, fulfilment and retail clients locally and worldwide for almost 20 years

Tim Baker, TCB’s consulting founder, said: “This partnership will enable us to speed up the skills and onboarding process and will mean that we are now able to offer services from business process engineering right through to specialist software development, built to rigid specifications that will have been tightly scoped to specifically fit our clients’ business needs.”

Ascent Software, is already known to Jersey’s finance sector through the distribution of its financial services product Trident Suite, and it will continue to provide the software development and backup support services.

Managing Director Joseph Sultana said: “This is the ideal partnership for Ascent and facilitates the delivery of the future product versions and allows us to offer crucial on-site support services to our growing Trident Suite user base in the Channel Islands.”
