Pinel Advocates advised on the recent merger and acquisition of BDO Jersey, Greenlight and Sator Regulatory Consulting, who have joined forces to form an integrated professional services firm spanning audit, tax, outsourcing, financial regulatory advisory and change consulting.
Andrew Pinel, Partner of Pinel Advocates said: “We were delighted to assist BDO Jersey with the recent merger and acquisitions of Greenlight and Sator. This was an exciting opportunity to help the businesses amalgamate and we were able to provide corporate and commercial, property and employment law advice to them. We hope that this is the start of an exciting future for the group.”
