Ports of Jersey has appointed a new agency to oversee its future advertising sales and promotional opportunities across the airport and harbour sites for the next five years.
The contract with Shooht Out Of Home - an outdoor advertising media agency forming part of Signtech (CI) Ltd - will be valid for up to five years, starting from 1 July 2019.
Shooht currently provides services to numerous Jersey companies, including LibertyBus, Liberation Station and Jersey Post.
Both local and off-island businesses expressed interest for the contract, to succeed the existing agency, which did not tender for the contract.
Announcing the appointment, Chief Commercial Officer for Ports of Jersey, Jonathan Crick, said: “We are very impressed by the overall professionalism and understanding of our business that Shooht demonstrated in its submission together with its creativity and passion as well as the shared vision we have for future advertising and promotional opportunities across our business, which we are confident will appeal to both existing and potential clients."
Sean Guegan, Managing Director of Shooht, added: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work in partnership with Ports of Jersey and support the company with the transformation of the new Jersey Airport terminal, as well as revitalising the advertising opportunities at Jersey Harbour."
