Prestigious Certification for C5 Alliance’s Head of Training

Monday 01 June 2015

C5 Alliance’s Head of Training, Anna Philpot, has recently been certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Office Specialist Expert, becoming one of only a very small number of Microsoft Certified Trainers in the Channel Islands.

Microsoft Certified Trainers are recognised by industry as leading technical and instructional experts in Microsoft, meeting stringent criteria including demonstrating certified instructional skills and extensive experience.

Anna’s certification reflects C5’s ongoing commitment to quality training. C5 provides bespoke tailored training for larger organisations to maximise the benefits they get out of their software and end user training classes to allow individuals or smaller groups to gain skills cost effectively.

Mark Loane, CEO of the C5 Alliance Group said: “I wish to congratulate Anna on her certification, which reflects her skills and C5’s commitment to providing excellent training. With her new certificate, Anna is now part of an elite of Microsoft technical experts and will continue to share her expertise to train others.”

Anna Philpot, Head of Training at C5 Alliance Group said: “At C5 we have noticed a growth in demand for training in the last couple of years. Companies are increasingly recognising that it pays to invest in their staff, as good quality training improves employee engagement and helps them to feel more valued by their employer. I am proud to have earned this Microsoft certificate, it validates my experience and knowledge of Microsoft products and will allow me to train others more efficiently.”
