Ravenscroft takes on three new senior brokers

Thursday 27 October 2016

Stockbrokers and investment managers, Ravenscroft, has appointed three new senior stockbrokers.

The company now employs more than 60 people across Jersey and Guernsey and has £2.45billion of assets under administration for both private and institutional clients, mainly based in the Channel Islands.

Richard Mason, Ross Garrard and Justin Jouan previously worked at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.

According to MD of Ravenscroft’s Jersey business, Haydn Taylor, “Richard, Ross and Justin have very strong industry backgrounds and are extremely well-regarded within the Island. The demand for independent stockbroking services in Jersey has increased significantly and so we need to ensure that we resource our business accordingly and have the highest level of expertise. Our team now has decades of experience and we believe that is invaluable to our clients.”

And the group’s CEO, Jon Ravenscroft, says the company intends to continue expanding: “...we have ambitious growth plans at Ravenscroft, particularly for our Jersey business, and so to add three more highly experienced stockbrokers with strong reputations will undoubtedly help us to achieve those aims.”
