Crestbridge has appointed a new Director to its Real Estate Services team.
William Turner is joining Crestbridge from Intertrust where he was a Client Director.
In his new role, Mr Turner will be responsible for several key client relationships in Crestbridge’s Real Estate Services team and across the wider business, including sitting as a Director on client entity boards.
He will report directly to the local head of the real estate team, Erin Moffat, and share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Jersey team and the continued growth of the business.
“The modern real estate landscape requires a hugely diverse range of expertise and in William we have someone joining our senior team with real international experience and a great technical understanding of the sector," Simon Todd, Group Head of Real Estate Services at Crestbridge, said.
"He also shares our commitment as a business to delivering high quality service and building long lasting relationships in order to help our clients realise success.
“As we anticipate an uptick in real estate investment activity this year in the UK post-Brexit and in key international markets, there’s no doubt that William’s expertise will add real strength to our global proposition.”
