A record number of 130 businesses attended the Destination Jersey Travel Trade Workshop this week.
Over two days, Visit Jersey presented as many opportunities, both formally and informally, as possible for the island’s tourism suppliers to network with key travel companies.
54 tour operators and online travel agents and 82 suppliers from hoteliers, attractions and activity providers attended the bi-annual event, which included a gala dinner at the Lido (pictured).
Keith Beecham, CEO, Visit Jersey commented: “Partnerships sit at the heart of our thinking. Over the last few years we have created a new way of presenting Jersey – the island break. Destination Jersey provides a business-to-business platform to share all that is great about Jersey. Working together we can help enhance the productivity and competitiveness of our tourism businesses and inspire even more visitors to discover Jersey.”
