Monday 11 April 2016

The IT Services provided by C5 Alliance in Jersey have been audited by PwC according to the International Standard for Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402, with PwC’s resultant report attesting to the overall high quality and security of C5 Jersey’s control environment.

The report conducted by PwC is intended to assist in the assessment of internal controls surrounding the IT services provided by C5 IT Services (Jersey) Limited, at the Rue des Pres data centre in Jersey.

The audit focussed on the quality of managed services to clients in terms of physical security, environmental controls, logical access, change management, incident management, operations, recovery from processing interruptions and client acceptance.

Antony Allen, Director of Managed Services, said: “PwC’s findings following their audit of the IT services we provide to clients in Jersey are testament to the consistently high quality of service the team provides here.

"We always welcome external reviews to demonstrate that our level of diligence and commitment to client security is second to none, appreciating that our clients want to know their data is in a safe pair of hands.

"Receiving such a positive overall assessment of our services for the fourth year in a row shows we do what we say we will – safeguarding clients’ data security and providing a high quality service desk – and we will continue to do so.”
