Rowlands appoints senior partner

Rowlands Recruitment has appointed a Senior Recruitment Partner to build long-term partnerships with candidates and client companies.

Tess Colback previously worked for six years in financial services, where she gained experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, employee relations, as well as data analytics and management reporting.

“Joining the Rowlands team feels like a natural step after my experience with in-house recruitment and human resources. I am relishing the opportunity to work on the other side of the fence, helping businesses and candidates with the right opportunities at the right time,” she commented.
