Jersey Post is to formally re-open the Rue de Pres Post Office on Monday following extensive refurbishment.

The improvements are designed to provide more customer focused areas, creating convenient and accessible facilities for islanders visiting the post office. These changes are part of a wider investment to ensure Jersey Post continues to be at the top of its game and profitable for many years to come.

Tim Brown, Jersey Post Chief Executive said, “We are delighted to be re-opening the Rue des Pres Post Office that will continue to support and serve the islanders. Jersey Post looks forward to welcoming both new and old customers on Monday to visit the newly refurbished post office. There will be complimentary cupcakes and coffee for everyone to enjoy throughout the day!

The new post office will serve as the new collection point for all parcels over the coming months, whilst continuing to offer a full range of services including postage, foreign exchange, Moneygram, utility bill payments and TV licences.

The refurbished post office within Postal Headquarters will open to customers on Monday 17th of August at 8:30am and will continue to open as normal, 8:30 17:30 Monday to Friday and 9:00 12:30 on Saturdays.
