Alternative asset and corporate administration services provider, Sanne is moving forward with its global change agenda and has appointed a Global Director of Change Management.
Paul Watson has been appointed to align and prioritise Sanne's change initiatives and investment, to best support the strategic plans of the FTSE 250 listed business.
Such initiatives will include the on-going centralisation of operational processes, an organisational redesign to leverage SANNE’s jurisdictional strengths, the continued development of SANNE’s global IT platform and infrastructure, and overall strategic integration and regulatory driven changes.
Mr Watson will be based in SANNE’s global headquarters in Jersey. His experience includes a 19-year career within the HSBC group that has seen him spend time in Bermuda, London, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Through our global change agenda we will align and prioritise a number of initiatives. Paul’s appointment at SANNE will be the driving force in helping us to achieve our strategic plans."
In his new role, Paul Watson will work closely with SANNE’s Chief Operating Officer, Eric Watson and Senior Managing Director, Philip Godley, to drive forward their global change agenda, and to further strengthen SANNE’s integrated business strategy.
Paul spent the past four years at HSBC Bank of Bermuda as the Programme Director for the bank’s financial crime compliance programme. Prior to that Paul was Head of Change Delivery for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man where he and his team introduced an effective change management framework and approach to construct, deliver and report on HSBC’s offshore change agenda.
Paul holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from Liverpool John Moore’s University, and was awarded an MBA from the University of Birmingham.
