The Skipton Mortgage Centre has relocated to larger premises along the Esplanade in St. Helier amid a reported growth in demand for its services.
The company closed the doors of its former premises on Waterloo Street for the final time on Monday. It says there is “now room for more local employment for mortgage administration support, some of which is currently undertaken in the Guernsey office”.
Lorraine McLean, the Mortgage Centre's Manager, said: "The team at Skipton Jersey have spent many happy times in our previous home and it has definitely served us well over the years but we're now excited to be taking up residence at the superbly located 15/17 Esplanade.
"This is another sign of our ongoing commitment to the Jersey market. Many things will remain the same, such as our unparalleled levels of outstanding service, coupled with an excellent range of mortgage propositions, one which is all backed up by some superb colleagues."
The opening hours of the new premises are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
