Skipton awarded for "outstanding customer service"

Friday 23 February 2018

Skipton International has been recognised for having "outstanding customer service" for the second year in a row.

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for 2018 came following high ratings by customers. In 2017, Skipton achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0 - the highest score possible.

Jim Coupe, Skipton's Managing Director, said: “Skipton International prides itself on friendly and efficient customer service, and we are delighted customers have chosen to give their feedback through the independent Feefo reviews.

“We look forward to continuing to pursue the high standards our customers expect across our offshore savings, Channel Island and British expat mortgage products. We are also in the process of developing our services through a new online savings portal, which will be an additional channel for our customers to access their accounts online 24 hours a day. We will continue to invest in our most important asset of all for customer service – our team members.”

Speaking about this year’s award, Andrew Mabbutt, CEO, Feefo, said: “The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that go the extra mile. Once again, we have seen many incredible businesses using Feefo to its full potential, to provide truly memorable experiences for their customers – and rightly being awarded with our most prestigious accreditation. I look forward to the continual success of the businesses that work in partnership with Feefo throughout 2018.”
