Leila Yildirim (pictured), who has worked for the company for 18 years, will take on the new growth-oriented role.
She previously oversaw a global network of more than 40,000 partners and staff as Director of People Management, during which time she led development of an international mobility strategy focused on putting the 'right people' in the 'right places'.
