Thousands of entries judged for Sure Customer Service Awards

Friday 21 September 2018

The names of the finalists for the Sure Customer Service Awards have been revealed after judges went through over 4,000 nominations.

The awards, which are in their eighth year, introduced a number of new industry categories for leisure and tourism, retail, professional services and travel following feedback from customers, as well as a category for ‘digital innovation’ to recognise companies that support customers through digital channels.

Thousands of entries were received online via the awards’ new mobile-friendly digital nomination platform. They were judged by a panel including:

  • Michelle Arundale, Insurance Corporation
  • Graeme Smith, Jersey Business
  • Jess Stanier, Airtel Vodafone
  • John Harvey, Sure
  • Honey Whiteman, Roberts Garages
  • Gavin Murphy, Powerhouse

Charlotte Dunsterville, Sure’s Chief Customer Officer, said: “We live on a small island and word travels fast if someone has a good or bad customer experience, so providing great service really is vital to the success of a business.

“The Customer Service Awards highlight excellent customer experiences and recognise those businesses and individuals who go above and beyond and Sure is proud to be a part of celebrating their achievements.”
