Touchstone has expanded its Jersey Client Services team, with Tina Franklin, Trudi Harper, Chris Ching and Mark Copp all being appointed as Business Consultants.

Touchstone is the provider of choice for global wealth management administration systems and consultancy services, specialising in Microsoft’s Dynamics NAV technology, and the new appointments come as demand for their NavOne product continues to grow.

Client Services Director Graeme Ferguson said: "We are delighted to have Tina, Trudi, Chris and Mark join the team. They come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wide variety of complementary skills to the Touchstone business, helping us to ensure that we are able to continue to meet the expectations and requirements of our clients.’

The role of Business Consultant requires strong business understanding, and good management and communications skills where the individual needs to guide projects effectively and efficiently to successful conclusions.  The consultants take on new business implementations, carry out analysis and documentation of clients businesses’ requirements, assist with the development of unique solutions and continually support clients through the roll-out of software.

The additions to the Touchstone team come with skills which include, interalia, project management, business analysis, quality assurance and testing, fund and private equity accounting and administration experience, as well as excellent financial qualifications and customer relationship skills.

Touchstone Managing Director Peter Le Brocq said: "Our clients have wide ranging needs and we have to ensure that our Client Services team has the experience, financial acumen and diverse abilities to match.

"We continue to see a growing interest in smaller to mid-size organisations requiring fiduciary capabilities alongside fund and private equity administration. Sophisticated organisations require sophisticated, but easy to use systems like NavOne. With their varied backgrounds and broad knowledge, the new additions to our team have the abilities to help us ensure our clients maximise the benefits of NavOne."

These appointments come as part of Touchstone’s continued growth strategy and follow Paul Crichton’s recent appointment as Head of Sales.
