CI Travel Group has won a Platinum award for its customer service across three of its brands., and Bontour have been given Platinum Trusted Service awards by Feefo, after having achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.

FlyDirect, which is also part of the group, also won Gold for 2019.

Feefo’s Trusted Service is awarded to businesses meeting the" highest standard", based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating. The Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5/5.

"We’re very proud to have received this award from Feefo as our customers are the most important judges of all," Robert Mackenzie, Managing Director of CI Travel Group, said. 

"It recognises how hard we work to give all our clients the best possible experience. We are fully committed to the highest quality of service, so it’s important for us to listen, understand and respond to all our customers."
