Trust Corporation International growth continues with new hires

Wednesday 24 June 2015

Trust Corporation International has appointed three new members of staff as it expands its management and client service teams.

Katie Wallen has been appointed as group operations manager and will oversee the finance, HR and support services areas.

Mrs Wallen is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and previously worked for an international bank for more than 10 years.

Appointments have also been made to the client-facing team as Trust Corporation International continues to add established professionals to its staff.

An ICSA graduate  with an MSc in corporate governance and nine years’ experience in the finance sector, Laura Quayle has joined the company as a trust officer.

Miss Quayle has particular experience of complex trust structures and a track record in the family office environment.

She will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with trust and company administration services.

Nicki Garnham has been appointed as a client accountant and is responsible for overseeing the book-keeping and accounting for a portfolio of clients.

A chartered accountant, Mrs Garnham previously worked for a large accountancy firm and has also worked in trust administration. These posts gave her a wealth of experience and technical expertise that will be essential in providing accounting services to some of the more complex trust and company structures.

Amit Taylor, group managing director, said: “Katie, Laura and Nicki join us with deep expertise and will complement our existing team perfectly.

“The client-facing posts are newly-created and indicative of the continued success of Trust Corporation International as a business.”
