Greenlight has appointed two new consultants to meet growing demand for change management services in Jersey.
Mary Frawley and Sam Baldwin join the Greenlight team, working across a range of clients notably in the Financial Services sectors.
An FCCA qualified accountant, Ms Frawley is described as a specialist in turnaround transformation with 20-years project experience in multinationals, public sector, and start up businesses. She has recently returned to Jersey after several years working in London. She said: “This is an exciting time to be working in change management in Jersey. We are seeing a lot of activity in the financial services sector which now faces challenges from disruptive and customer focused innovation. Through Greenlight I hope to help create optimal strategies to translate proposed threats into opportunities for our clients.”
Mr Baldwin brings over 13 years experience in Jersey's finance industry, including customer interfacing, and securities, to the team. He said: “The finance industry is currently facing a particular set of challenges, notably regarding regulations due to the consistent scrutiny coming from the UK media. The possibility of a Brexit may cause further scrutiny and could potentially be detrimental to the island’s finance industry. Greenlight can help clients through these sorts of events, and take them through difficult changes.”
Eliot Lincoln, CEO Greenlight, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mary and Sam to the team to help us deliver more transformation programmes to businesses in Jersey and beyond. As businesses face increased threats from new competitors and disruptors, they are having to change faster, and to a greater extent, to stay ahead.
“Our expertise at Greenlight is in creating innovative strategies to take businesses through the transformational process as well as helping to actively manage programmes and projects for businesses lacking the time or resources to complete themselves.
“The foundation of all change is people. We hire the best change managers to ensure we deliver brilliant services for all our clients, delivering growth, boosting productivity and unlocking value.”
