In her new role she will act in a wide range of property and business matters and will also assist clients with commercial and residential leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), in commercial sales and purchases and also in residential sales and purchases.

Commenting on the new appointments, Managing Partner David Benest said: “The appointment of both Joanna and Emma to our litigation and business and property departments respectively, demonstrates our growth as a firm and the wide range of matters in which we offer expertise. We’re also pleased to have added to our valued support team with Tracy Wavell as our Senior Finance Assistant and Sue Quinn as litigation departmental administrator. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised service to all clients and the continuing growth of the firm reflects this.”
