Black Vanilla has made two senior appointments who the media agency hopes will bring "considerable experience and new ideas".
Sarah Allum has joined as an Account Director in Jersey and Katy Melhuish joined as a Senior Account Manager in Guernsey.
Agency Director Nichole Culverwell said that Sarah's appointment in Jersey would allow them to expand further from their Guernsey base to become "a true pan-island PR agency".
Agency Director Nichole Culverwell said: "We are very happy to have Sarah and Katy on board. We have significantly strengthened our senior team, building the strategic advisory capacity our clients require to help them meet their objectives and build their reputations.
"Both Sarah and Katy bring considerable experience and new ideas to our team."
She added that the agency has two members of staff working remotely from Bristol and Manchester, which would help them serve businesses in the UK and connect Channel Islands clients to off-island customers and stakeholders.
She added: "We are sad to say goodbye to Account Manager, Chris Leaman, who will be leaving the agency in February after spending three years with the team. Chris is leaving the island to take a career break travelling Europe and Australia and we wish him the best of luck."
