VG appoints new Director of Operations

The independent provider of trust, corporate and fund administration solutions, VG, has appointed Kevin Cooper as Director of Operations.

Mr Cooper will serve as the Director responsible for the performance of the Operations, Projects, Tech Transformation and ICT Support Services teams.

Previously he spent 11 years at Nautilus Trust Company Limited and later its 2016 acquirer First Names Group, where he played a key role in integrating new teams following acquisitions and streamlining internal processes to improve productivity. His experience also includes several senior roles in the Jersey office of Bankers Trust Company of New York.
