Viberts promotes within its family law team

Viberts has promoted Barbara Littler to an Associate in the family law department.

Ms Littler joined Viberts in 2012 and qualified as an English Solicitor in 2015.

Ms Littler advises on finances, both in a matrimonial context and between un-married ex-partners, and has experience in matters involving European legislation such as the Hague Convention in contested child custody matters relating to the retention and removal of children.

Ms Littler also advises on other areas of family law, including private law children work such as disputes relating to residence, contact and parental responsibility.

Barbara is an integral part of our family team and her promotion is testament to the range of skills, knowledge and experience that she brings to the role.
