Zedra acquires pension scheme provider

Zedra has acquired Inside Pensions, an independent occupational pension scheme governance support provider.

The firm says the transaction is part of the its aim to diversify its service offering and expand its presence in the pension services space.

The acquisition will increase Zedra's presence in the UK market with a further 39 staff and follows the acquisition of Fitzgerald & Law in September last year which increased its headcount by 70.
