Family Nursing and Home Care is preparing to launch January wellbeing campaign to support the community in their health and wellbeing resolutions and goals and encourage them to be kind to themselves.

FNHC’s ethos is to help islanders start well, live well and age well. In January we tend to see people making new year's resolutions, trying to keep them and people staying at home potentially focusing on their health and well-being, often clearing clutter to pave the way for good intentions.

In line with this, FNHC has engaged a team of experts and influencers who have created short updates, tips and recommendations around the themes of physical and mental well-being and will be promoting this throughout the month of January.

Rosemarie Finley, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FNHC commented:

“This is a new initiative for Family Nursing & Home Care aligned to our mission to help islanders start well, live well and age well. It is essential we work together to promote healthy habits, both mentally and physically. We are really looking forward to working with local businesses and experts to provide a wealth of information and resources for islanders.”

All resources will be available on the FNHC website at www.fnhc.org.je.

Follow FNHC’s social channels to find out more and join FNHC in January.
