Leading trust and corporate services provider, Equiom Group, has announced the acquisition of Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited.
Sheila Dean, Equiom Group Managing Director commented: “This is our first acquisition in Guernsey and it supports a key strategic aim of the Group which has been to increase our footprint in the Channel Islands. Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited was established in 1974 to offer a range of specialist trust and corporate services to private and corporate clients. It since became one of the most well respected independent fiduciary services companies in the Channel Islands.

Equiom first established itself in the Channel Islands with its Marine and Aviation Services Company in 2009 and latterly acquired Andium Trust Company Limited in September 2012. Since then, Equiom Group has grown from 80 to over 300 employees and expanded across five jurisdictions, including the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Malta and Hong Kong.
