Free fuel for hospital workers

Rubis is offering free fuel for front-line medical staff in Jersey.

The company is also moving to support healthcare workers in Guernsey with a similar offer.

"In these unprecedented times, the Rubis teams remain fully mobilised and ready to help the key personnel and critical workers in their actions against the crisis," said Managing Director, Bertrand Dellinger. "More than ever, we remain close to the community and want to do something immediate and useful."

Front-line medical workers can claim their fuel vouchers, which can be used at all Rubis forecourts.

They are currently being printed and will be delivered to Channel Island hospitals by the end of the week.

That’s a lovely gesture but can it be extended to those doing voluntary delivers like the Salvation Army please. Please let us know if it can by calling 496300 and ask for Ian. Thank you
