The Jersey War Tunnels are on the market for the first time in over 60 years for an asking price of over £5.5m.
Daisy Hill Real Estates Limited – which has owned the War Tunnels for over six decades – is seeking a buyer with the expertise to help the site to become a "leading world-class tourist attraction".
The 29.5-acre site will be sold alongside all artefacts in the collection – amongst which are an Enigma Machine and Kublewagen.

The owners have recently commissioned designs for a modern, sensory and educational exhibit, with additional plans to modernise the visitor centre and overall visitor experience, which a new owner may wish to take forward.
Richard Barnes, Director of Daisy Hill Real Estates Limited, described the War Tunnels as a "unique attraction with scope for even greater school and adult targeted educational content".
He added: "The site certainly has potential for further growth for diversification with extensive grounds, and with experienced owners at the helm it can be elevated from a regional attraction to ‘world-class’."
The War Tunnels continues to see a "healthy gross margin" with footfall increasing by 8.8% in the 2022 to 2023 season, according to the property company.
The nine permanent and 21 seasonal staff have been informed of the intention to seek a new owner for the War Tunnels.

Daisy Hill Real Estates Limited confirmed that, while the site is on the market, there will be no changes to the day-to-day operations.
There are no plans to close the attraction if a buyer is not found, and there will be no redundancies as the War Tunnels continue to operate as normal.
Daisy Hill Real Estates Limited is primarily a property investment business and has decided to focus exclusively in commercial real estate investments going forward and believes now is the right time to hand the site onto new owners.
The attraction will be marketed by D2 Real Estate.
