The Animals' Shelter has been sharing heartwarming 'tails' of recent rehoming success stories.
Throughout December, the JSPCA updated its Facebook page with the latest pictures and videos of animals they helped in 2020, checking in on them to see how they spent the festive period.
Here are some of those rehoming victories...
For Stevie and Rob, getting a new home was all about climbing the property ladder - or climbing anything, really, as this video of the rodent pair in their new lodgings shows...
Luckily for Stevie and Rob, they weren't rehoused along with Cara, who they would have had a difficult time outrunning.
This 11-year-old cat still has the bounce of a kitten, and in her house full of toys, doesn't seem to be stopping for a breath.
Meanwhile, Tarek has settled into his seaside retirement life quite comfortably, with an attention-seeking and chatty cat hiding behind his "grumpy old man" persona.
On the other end of the feline spectrum, Babadook who found his home during December, has been described as a "big baby" - though he's already asserted his ownership of the house and taken over the couch!
For anyone wanting to have their own home similarly taken over, the JSPCA's website has a section dedicated to the creatures who could be your new furry tenants.
