A 31-year-old man was arrested for arson in the early hours on Friday morning, after a fire was started in Conway Street toilets.
The man was arrested on suspicion of arson at around 5 am.
The fire was apparently started in a bin inside the toilets.
Police spoke to two witnesses nearby, who had called the Fire Service.
No charges have been filed.
