A 57-year-old man accused of stabbing another man outside a pub has had his case committed to the Royal Court.
Paul Anthony Hadikan (57) has been charged with the attempted murder of a man in his 30s on Friday evening.
He was arrested on Friday night by armed officers following an incident in which a man was allegedly stabbed in the stomach in the doorway of the Temple Bar in Stopford Road, St. Helier around 21:00.
Officers said on Saturday that the alleged victim was in "serious" condition in hospital.

This morning, Mr Hadikan appeared in the Magistrate’s Court and his case was sent to the Royal Court.
He was remanded in custody until 4 February next year.
