It may be traditional to feature #dogsatpollingstations on Election Day... But in Jersey's 2022 elections, islanders were treated to an array of furry and feathered friends.

...and some even had a special political message to share.

Freddie the Spaniel was keen to vote in St. Aubin...

While Curtis was proud to receive an 'I voted' sticker in St. Mary...

But he was far from the only pup to visit the parish....

Various candidates brought their furry friends along to join the polling station fun or enjoyed saying 'hello' to others'...

In Grouville, @ToriPoppy's lovely pup enjoyed a day at the polls...

Grouville also set the scene for an unexpected visitor...

After welcoming pups, St. Mary also saw a bit of horseplay...

...And there was horseplay in St. Brelade too, until these ponies decided to get political and call for the return of the island-wide mandate!
